Inspired 1.9

My inspirations come to me late in the midnight hour sometimes.  Here is another inspired thought that I had to get down on electronic paper.

“Sometimes the richest experiences come from having an intimate dialogue with the unfamiliar.  There are unforgettable moments in life that can never be replaced.  Capture them! Cherish them! Be inspired by them!” – Aurie

Sometimes doing the same things day in and day out can be draining. After a while, I need a jolt of inspiration to replenish my well. Having opportunities to gain new dynamic experiences are responsible for some of the most transcendent moments of my life. What brought me to this crystalized moment of inspiration was a blog post by my blogging sistren, TravelingMad.  You can read her post about her trip to India here.

Tell me of a time where you had an experience that put you in unchartered territory?  How did that experience inspire you? Please share in the comment section.

  1. It’s been a very long time since I’ve jumped head first into the unfamiliar and I’m dying for a change. It’s all I’ve been thinking about lately. I’m feeling rash and impulsive…lol I don’t know if that’s good or bad.

  2. I don’t do many things but I can remember the first year my husband and I decided to vacation on our own. We only drove three states over but we had never done anything like that before. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we go every year now, alone. It’s such a great feeling. It inspired me to want to pursue other adventures with him that I’ve never tried. We began mountain bike riding a few weeks ago. We try to go every Sunday morning. Our newest adventure together is picking a mixed drink from a book we just ordered and making our own drinks to discover what we like and what we don’t. It’s not major things but I’m one who truly believes that it’s really the little things in life that count the most. ❤
